关于我院教师在管理和经济类学科学术期刊-华南理工大学工商管理学院

发表论文奖励方案（2015修订版）

高水平的科研工作能够显著提升学院整体学术水平，大幅提高学院声誉。在学校建设高水平研究型大学的目标指引下，在历任院领导的关心和支持下，学院始终将科研作为工作重点任务，依靠全体教师的辛勤努力，取得了良好的科研成绩，发表了一系列较高水平的研究论文。

为了鼓励教师团队更多地投入高水平的研究，进一步提高学院的国际化水平，同时，为了积极引导学院教师在发表学术论文时，由以往的重数量转向重质量，在参照国家自然科学基金委认定的重要学术期刊目录，结合我院原有论文奖励方案，并征求各系主任意见的基础上，拟做出如下修订：

一、学术论文奖励目录与奖励标准具体为：

（1）发表在学院认定为A+类期刊上的论文，每篇奖励35万元； （2）发表在学院认定为A类期刊上的论文，每篇奖励10万元； （3）发表在学院认定为B类期刊上的论文，每篇奖励3万元； （4）论文被SSCI收录，每篇奖励1.5万元； （5）论文被SCI收录，每篇奖励1万元；

（6）论文被EI收录（核心版的期刊论文），每篇奖励0.5万元； （7）发表在学院认定的一类A级重要期刊上的论文，每篇奖励5万元； （8）发表在学院认定的一类B级重要期刊上的论文，每篇奖励1.2万元； （9）发表在学院认定的二类重要期刊上的论文，每篇奖励0.5万元。 二、单位署名及多人合作发表在学院认定的学术刊物论文奖励金计算方法

（1）我院教师在学院认定的国际学术刊物上发表论文，通讯作者视为第一作者（第一作者和

通讯作者都是本院教师除外），作者单位署名是“华南理工大学工商管理学院”唯一冠名的，奖励100%；当作者有两个署名单位时，“华南理工大学工商管理学院”作为第一署名单位冠名的，奖励50%；“华南理工大学工商管理学院”作为第二署名单位冠名的，不给予奖励。

（2） 多人合作发表在学院认定的国内学术刊物上的论文，只奖励第一作者单位署名为“华南

理工大学工商管理学院”的论文。 （3）合作者的得分计算：

按上面的公式计算。

三、本奖励方案只奖励华南理工大学工商管理学院在职教师，每篇文章只奖励一次，按最高

的等级奖励。 四、奖励的实施程序

（1）发表在国内和国际期刊上的论文，由申请人登录“学院科研统计系统”

（ http://edu.cnsba.com）将论文信息录入系统，并交论文正式刊出的电子版及一份纸质件交到科研秘书办审核。

（2）被SSCI、SCI、EI期刊收录的论文，由于检索的滞后性，推迟两年奖励，请申请人将论

文原件及检索证明交到科研秘书办审核。

（3）每年9月1日-15日受理上一年度期间（1月1日-12月31日）发表的论文奖励申请，奖

金在年底统一发放。

五、本方案适用于2016年（含）以后发表的论文。
