1、中心变配电室、电梯机房、分布在各层的配电箱、电表箱

必须满足如下要求：

1) 配电柜、屏、箱安装垂直度允许偏差为1.5‰，相互间接缝不应大于2mm，成列盘面偏差不应大于5mm。金属框架及基础型钢必须接地(ＰＥ)可靠；配电柜、屏、箱门和框架应做电气连接，且有标识。

2) 柜、屏、箱内的控制开关及保护装置的规格、型号应符合设计要求；闭锁装置动作准确、可靠；主开关的辅助开关切换动作与主开关动作一致；柜、屏、箱上的标识器件标明被控设备编号及名称或操作位置，接线端子有编号且清晰、工整、不易脱色。信号灯、按扭、光字牌、电铃、电笛、事故电钟等动作和信号显示准确。端子排安装牢固，端子有序号，强电、弱电端子要隔离布置，端子规格与芯线截面积大小适配。照明箱体开孔与导管管径适配,暗装配电箱箱盖紧贴墙面,箱(盘)涂层完整。箱(盘)内接线整齐,回路编号齐全,标识正确。

3) 变压器室、高低开关室内的接地干线应有不少于2处接地装置引出与接地干线连接。

3、电气线路敷设

1) 电气安装工程预埋配管。必须按图纸要求检查管线设置是否到位，所有管线、管径不可随意改动。管子的弯曲处不得有折、皱、裂缝等现象，弯扁度不得大于线管外径的10％，线管曲率半径必须符合有关规范规定。线管连接处如选用PVC管必须采

4) 桥架安装：金属电缆桥架及其支架全长应不少于2处与接地干线相连接.非镀锌电缆桥架间连接板的两端跨接铜芯地线，接地线最小允许截面积不小于4mm2. 镀锌电缆桥架间连接板的两端不跨接接地线，但连接板两端不少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓。直线段钢制电缆架长度超过30m、铝合金或玻璃钢制电缆桥架长度超过15m应设伸缩节。电缆桥架跨越建筑物变形缝处设置补偿装置。电缆桥架水平安装的支架间距为1.5～3m;垂直安装的支架间距不大于2m。敷设在竖井内和穿越不同防火区的桥架，按设计要求位置，应有防火隔堵措施。 4、线缆敷设

1) 电缆出入电缆沟、竖井、建筑物、柜(盘)台处以及管子管口处等应做密封处理。电缆沟内电缆敷设应排列整齐，水平敷设的电缆，首尾两端、转弯两侧及每隔5～10m处设固定点。

2) 电缆穿管前，应清除管内杂物和积水。管口应有保护措施，不入接电盒(箱)的垂直管口穿入电缆后，管口应密封。 3) 导线敷设：如采用多相供电时，同一建筑物、构筑物的电线绝缘层颜色选择应一致，即保护地线(PE线)应是黄绿双色线，零线用淡蓝色；相线用：A相-黄色、B相-绿色、C相-红色。电线在线槽内有一定的余量，不得有接头。电线按回路编号分段绑扎，绑扎点间距不应大于2m。同一回路的相线和零线，敷设于同一金属线槽内或管内。弱电与强电的电线严禁敷设于同一线槽内或管内。

四、弱电工程

1、消防报警及联动

消防报警系统中的点型探测器、火灾报警控制器安装应符合以下要求；

1) 探测器至墙边、梁边、照明灯具、顶部风口边的水平距离不小于0.5m，水平距离0.5m内无遮挡物。在宽度小于3m的内走道顶棚上安装探测器，应居中安装。点型感温探测器安装间距不大于10m,感烟探测器安装间距不大于15m。 2) 火灾报警控制器在墙上安装时距地面宜为1.3m-1.5m，其靠近门轴的侧面距离不小于0.5m，正面操作距离不小于1.2m。

3) 控制器的主电源应有明显的永久性标志，并应直接与消防电源连接，控制器与外接备用电源连接，严禁使用电源插头。 4) 单相供电额定功率大于30KW、三相供电额定功率大于120KW的消防设备应安装的消防应急电源。交流供电和36V以上直流供电的消防用电设备的金属外壳应有接地保护，接地线应与电气保护地线干线相连。

5) 消防线路施工完成后应做绝缘测试，绝缘值应大于20MΩ。 6) 在同一工程中的导线，应根据不同用途选用不同颜色加以分区，相同用途导线颜色一致。电源线正级为红色，负级蓝色或黑色。

2、综合布线

1) 工程所用缆线和器材的品牌、型号、规格、数量、质量应在施工前进行检查，应符合设计要求并具备相应的质量文件或证书，原出厂检验证明材料、质量文件或与设计不符者不得在工程中使用。

2) 各种型材的材质、规格、型号应符合设计文件的规定，表面应光滑、平整，不得变形、断裂。

3) 金属线槽、过线盒、接线盒及桥架等表面涂覆或镀层应均匀、完整，不得变形、损坏。金属管槽应根据工程环境要求做镀锌或其他防腐处理。

5) 使用的电缆和光缆型式、规格及缆线的防火等级应符合设计要求。两端的光纤连接器件端面应装配合适的保护盖帽。光纤类型应符合设计要求，并应有明显的标记。

6) 连接器件：配线模块、信息插座模块及其他连接器件的部件应完整，电气和机械性能等指标符合相应产品生产的质量标准。塑料材质应具有阻燃性能，并应满足设计要求。信号线路浪涌保护器各项指标应符合有关规定。光纤连接器件及适配器使用型式和数量、位置应与设计相符。

7) 光、电缆配线设备的型式、规格应符合设计要求。光、电缆配线设备的编排及标志名称应与设计相符。各类标志名称应统一，标志位置正确、清晰。
