At first,I would ask you a small question.Today,London is the financial center of the world.

do you know where is the origin of the financial center of the world? Its not London.its Italy.100 years later,during the first half of sixteenth Century,the financial center moved to Holland.still not the London.however ,in the end of the seventeen century,London came first,so,what happened during the almost 200 years that make the London become the financial power?

There are two kinds of reasons.firstly,lets look at the external reasons. During that time,there are three Economic Powers.Holland,France,USA. The Holland is suffering from the disturbance and colony. The France is facing the problem of feudalism. The USA has not got its independence yet.

All the three countries had there own problems.They cant spend too much time developing the country economy.

As for the internal reasons.in1688,in order to oppose the restoration,the new bourgeoisie launched the revolution.At that time,the British also began to do the carrying trade and colonial plunder.so,the country became stronger and stronger.and the people became richer and richer.so came the bank. This is the first bank of British--the England Bank.

As the time that the bank was built,it borrows the government lots of money. As reward,it benefit a lot from the government.As time went by,many people want to earn money from the bank.they put a great number money to the market,this lead to the Economic Crisis,many people lose there job and banks closed down.but there are still five brothers,they have there own rules and help each other,they are just like a family,and the banking system gradually matures.
